Welcome to The HighEnd Holidays. By accessing our website and booking any travel service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before making any booking.

2. Booking Policy

• All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or direct communication with our team.

• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour.

• Failure to make full payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise.

• Prices are subject to change due to fuel costs, hotel tariff changes, government taxes, or unforeseen circumstances.

• We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by banks or payment gateways.

• Government taxes applicable at the time of booking will be charged.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer:

• Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation before the travel date.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.

• Some services such as hotel bookings, houseboats, or transport may be non-refundable.

Cancellation by Company:

• In case of unforeseen situations (natural disasters, political unrest, road closures, weather conditions, or force majeure events), we reserve the right to cancel or modify the itinerary.

• Alternative arrangements will be provided where possible.

• Refunds will be processed after deducting non-recoverable expenses.

5. Travel & Safety

• Travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof.

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel.

• The HighEnd Holidays is not responsible for injuries, accidents, illness, or loss during the tour.

• Activities such as skiing, trekking, gondola rides, or snow activities are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.

6. Itinerary Changes

• The itinerary is subject to change depending on weather conditions, road conditions, security concerns, or operational issues in Kashmir.

• We reserve the right to modify routes, hotels, and sightseeing without prior notice if necessary for safety or operational reasons.

7. Hotel & Accommodation

• Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking.

• In case of unavailability, similar category hotels will be provided.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel policies.

8. Transportation

• Transportation will be provided as per the package.

• Vehicle type depends on the number of travelers.

• Any additional sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary will be charged extra.

9. Force Majeure

The company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions

• Snowfall or landslides

• Political unrest

• Government restrictions

• Natural disasters

10. Liability Disclaimer

• The HighEnd Holidays acts only as a travel organizer and is not liable for services provided by third parties such as hotels, transport operators, or activity providers.

• We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

• Travel insurance is highly recommended.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jammu & Kashmir.
